What we assess on a visit
Technicians review contamination scope, affected materials, and access needs.
We explain OSHA-compliant steps and what documentation supports insurance claims.
Free assessments cover non-emergency visits across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Lee, Collier, and Charlotte County.
Enter the property address so we know where to meet you for the estimate.
Assessments are for planning — not a guaranteed cleanup price or insurance approval.
Bring photos when it is safe; staging improves when we can see the affected rooms.
When to call instead
Active trauma, unattended death discoveries, or same-day dispatch needs a phone call.
Call (954) 678-4799 for urgent scenes. Book online after the scene is released.
Property managers use booking for walkthroughs and planned hoarding assessments.
Fire and smoke assessments can use this calendar when the fire is out and re-entry is cleared.
If investigators still hold the property, wait for release before booking online.
What we remediate
Crime scene, trauma, unattended death, suicide cleanup, blood, and infectious material jobs.
Crews wear full PPE and use EPA-registered disinfectants on every call.
Licensed carriers haul biomedical waste. Household cleaners are never used for regulated work.
Hoarding with biohazard exposure is in scope; standalone pest or rodent jobs are not.
Cleanup for blood, bodily fluids, human waste, and contaminated materials is in scope.
For standalone pet-waste pickup or pest removal, contact a provider offering that service.
Fire soot, smoke odor and contents cleanup use the same booking path when labeled as fire.
How online booking works
Same-day windows run Mon–Sat 8 AM–8 PM and Sun 10 AM–4 PM Eastern.
Book at least two hours ahead so crews can travel and stage safely.
Share gate or elevator notes in the apt/unit field so arrival stays on schedule.
You can request unmarked vehicles when discretion matters.

Need help now? Call (954) 678-4799 anytime.
Before your appointment
Confirm who can authorize work and meet the crew if access is restricted.
Note elevator, parking and HOA rules so we stage the right equipment.
If the scene involves an investigation, wait for official release before the visit.
Keep pets secured and clear a path to the affected rooms when possible.
Write down claim numbers only if you already have them — they are optional at first contact.
After you book
Your appointment is saved on our calendar with the property address and service you entered.
We send a confirmation email when mail is configured; a text may also arrive when SMS is enabled.
The success screen reports which confirmations actually sent — if neither arrives, call (954) 678-4799 rather than booking again.
Change the time by calling (954) 678-4799 — do not create a second booking for the same visit.
Emergencies that start after you book should still use the phone line, not the calendar form.
What happens on assessment day
A BioClear Pros project manager or estimator visits the service address at the confirmed time.
We review affected areas, discuss priorities and belongings, and take private assessment photos for your estimate.
Those photos are project documentation — not public website material.
After the visit we email a written scope and price; booking the estimate does not authorize cleanup.
Insurance and direct-pay next steps are explained in that email and on our insurance process page.
